Blank Template Listing Update

Made several update on Blank Templates these couple of days, especially the last 2 days. So far only Aircraft Templates are updated.

Major clean up on the URL. Let me know on Forum if there are still broken links.

Here are the changes:

1. Clearer Tier separator
2. Clicking the vehicle name will go to WT Live search for respective Camouflage.
3. Non-PSD or non-XCF files are strike out
4. An indicator to show Premium Vehicle. We can Test Fly these vehicles with Custom Skin even if we don't own them
5. Easy switch between Aircraft & Tank pages now
6. Legend for the Listing
7. Recommend allows new skinners to pick on well layered PSD template
8. Those aircrafts that don't have a blank skin will be listed to encourage new skin to be made
